Our Prescott Home

We have newly purchased this gem of a house in Prescott. We became official owners on Friday August 17. Our intention is to escape the heat of summer here, relax and enjoy nature. The house is 1800 square feet of beautiful custom woodwork. All furniture stays except the quilts and art on the walls. The house sits at an altitude of 6300 feet. We own 4.2 acres of land and the property borders Prescott National Forest.The temperatures in the summer are usually in the 70s to 80s with night-time temps dropping into the 50's. Winters are a different story and we do get snow. Although it looks very isolated, we are only 25 minutes from the main town of Prescott, which was the territorial capital of AZ in the mid-1800s. We think we will love it here!
